Returns and refunds

I do not like my purchase
We offer refunds until 30 days after the shipping courier has marked a package as delivered. Your purchase must be unopened, in the original packaging and with any tags still attached. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear.

My item came with a defect
If your item(s) arrives with a defect we will offer a replacement (same product, same size). To be eligible for a replacement, please make sure you contact us within 30 days after receiving your item.

Once you have clicked on the "complete order" button, it is not possible to edit your order. However, if you need to change some parameters, like addresses, etc., please contact us via email support@planet-goku.com as soon as possible. We are not bound to make such modifications in your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping
To return your product, you should contact PlanetGoku at support@planet-goku.com and we will send you further instructions. Do not, in any case, return the package to sender! If you do we will be unable to verify your return and issue any possible refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any cost of return shipping for PlanetGoku will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Finally, we will issue your refund within 5 business days after receiving the returned item(s) and have deemed that you are eligible for a refund.
