1. What are the estimated shipping times?

Shipping times are estimated* to be between 3 and 20 business days, depending on a variety of factors:

  • The popularity of a product. Certain products are very much in demand, meaning that our supplier might suffer delays as every product is individually embroidered.
  • Your location compared to the locations of the factories we work with. Our supplier has factories in Europe and the United States. The closer you live to these locations, the faster your item is likely to arrive.

2. I ordered multiple items, but I did not receive all of them yet.

Sometimes, for your convenience, items may be shipped seperately and might arrive seperately.

3. Which countries do you ship to?

We pride ourselves on shipping to virtually anywhere in the world. In the (very) rare occasion that we cannot deliver to your location, please contact us and we will try to help you still get your item(s).

4. What are the estimated shipping costs?

For the most of the EU,and Canada US shipping costs are $5 for every first item and $2 for every additional item in the same purchase. Outside the EU, US and Canada shipping starts at $9.25 and $2 for every additional item in the same purchase.

5. Do I have to pay any customs fees?

Depending on your local law and the items you purchased, you might have to pay duties. PlanetGoku is not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get charged for customs fees when they arrive in your country. Before making a purchase please check your local customs law to avoid any unexpected fees.

6. Who are your suppliers?

Our supplier for the embroidery and print is Printful, a large print-on-demand business with locations in both Europe and the United States. Our hats are supplied by Yupoong, one of the global leaders in headwear. Chances are that you already own a Yupoong or know someone who owns a Yupoong hat. Yupoong supplies some of the world's biggest sports and streetwear brands. Our t-shirts are supplied by Gildan, an internationally recognised manufacturer of apparel with an eye for quality. Gildan apparel is made entirely of cotton grown in the United States.

7. Do you have any other hats?

Right now we do not. But we are planning to design more Dead Hats and additional apparel in the future. If you would like us to put our design on another kind of hat or piece of apparel you can send us an email or message and we will try to help you any way we can!

8. Who is your artist?

We're going to keep that a secret for now, because we prefer to keep our competitors to be in the dark. We hope you understand. If you would like us to thank our artist for you just get in touch with us through email or chat, I'm sure they'd be grateful!

9. I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it unfortunately can no longer be cancelled.

10. When am I eligible for a refund?

It is very important to note that ALL OUR SALES ARE FINAL.

Because our products are individually and custom made, we unfortunately do not issue refunds. However, if your item(s) arrives with a defect we will offer a replacement (same product, same size). To be eligible for a replacement, please make sure you contact us within 30 days after receiving your item.

11. My order never arrived, what can I do?

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at noting your order number and we will do our best to help you.
