1. What are the estimated shipping times?
Shipping times are estimated* to be between 3 and 20 business days, depending on a variety of factors:

2. I ordered multiple items, but I did not receive all of them yet.
Sometimes, for your convenience, items may be shipped seperately and might arrive seperately.
3. Which countries do you ship to?
We pride ourselves on shipping to virtually anywhere in the world. In the (very) rare occasion that we cannot deliver to your location, please contact us and we will try to help you still get your item(s).
4. What are the estimated shipping costs?
Shipping cost ranges from $2.99 to $15.25 depending on the item, address and amount of items you order. The exact shipping cost for any order will be displayed at checkout.
5. Do I have to pay any customs fees?
Depending on your local law and the items you purchased, you might have to pay duties. PlanetGoku is not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get charged for customs fees when they arrive in your country. Before making a purchase please check your local customs law to avoid any unexpected fees.
6. I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
All orders can be cancelled within the first 24 hours after payment. If your order has been paid for and you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it unfortunately can no longer be cancelled.
7. When am I eligible for a refund?
I do not like my purchase
We offer refunds until 30 days after the shipping courier has marked a package as delivered. Please be aware that you will have to ship the package back to us and that the customer is responsible for any shipping costs to return an item(s).
My item came with a defect
If your item(s) arrives with a defect we will offer a replacement (same product, same size). To be eligible for a replacement, please make sure you contact us within 30 days after receiving your item.
Do not, in any case, return the package to sender. If you do we will be unable to verify your return and issue any possible refund.

8. My order never arrived, what can I do?
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org noting your order number and we will do our best to help you.
